Returning Items
We will gladly accept goods returned which have been ordered in error providing they are new & unused and come complete with original packaging. However we cannot refund or credit the full amount of the original order. A 15% returns fee will be deducted from the original total order cost. A refund will only be made once the products have been received.
What happens if an order arrives with a shortage or incorrect item?
If you have a queries on what has been delivered please contact us as soon as possible giving your details together with the number of parcels received and what item is missing or incorrect. We will check it out immediately with our despatch team and/or couriers so we can rectify the problem.
If you wish to return any items please email returns@engineersshop.co.uk so we can issue a returns number and agree any action which is to be carried out.
